i came across paige russell's work via the the canadian design resource recently. named in 2001 by wallpaper magazine as one of the top 20 young designers to watch out for" she's a b.c. native and her spout family ceramic collection (below) (posted by d*sponge at the icff this past spring) is guaranteed to be a collectable and true classic according to the resource site. i'm loving her ceramic recreation vehicles too!

Paige Russel's ceramics are superb. Elegant, shapely and usable: who could ask for more? We sell them here at Pine Street Art Works (www.pinestreetartworks.com) right down the street from Paige's studio.
