vintage lockers

a glimpse is the best one can see what i'm trying to point out here in this shot from november's canadian house and home magazine of an entryway off the kitchen of a toronto family's home (patsy and john bell). what's got me are those vintage green lockers. i think i have found my entryway solution. love this idea! there's also some great holiday decorating going on on other pages which i will feature here soon.

I love metal lockers! I've purchased the ones Ikea has available but it isn't the same. I did find these on eBay for $40 (does not incl S&H). If any of your readers live near Roanoke, VA this is a STEAL!

I popped in to say hi and admire your blog. Are those items you can buy, they looked like an electic artist has made them. These are kinds of art I loved especially the handmade, vintage and grunge look. Vintage and distress look are all the rage and Tim Holts have a whole range of equipment to achieve this look.

I feel really inspired now.
