morris + essex
loving the colors and patterns in this assorted set from morris + essex from south america. all designed and printed by eliza jane curtis, in her studio in the historic monserrat barrio of buenos aires. her work is a combination of linocut block-printing and silkscreen, using both traditional screenprinting techniques and a new-fangled japanese gocco machine. she mixes all of her own ink colors for a beautiful and original color palette.
