If yarn bombing your home isn't your thing this weekend, you might like to build one of these sweet looking cake stands (via You Are My Fave)! OMGosh, aren't these cute? I want to make, like eight! Click here for the deets!

So cute. I've seen cakestands diy-ed with vintage plates and candle stick holders, but this is really unique. Great idea.

Cute! For my upcoming wedding we're planning on having pie instead of a cake and I've been looking for a unique DIY way to display them. This is looking like it might be just the thing! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for linking to my tutorial. I have to say, these were such a hit at the wedding. I have now spray-painted them red and they are still going strong! I've used them and lent them out many times!

I actually squealed!

I don't know how trilled my bf will be to have our kitchen even more stuff with cutesy cake and tea related stuff but I have to make one of these.

I have a really cute cake planned for my sister's b-day and it would be so much cuter on a stand like this!
