Artist's House Tour: Clare Elsaesser of Tastes Orangey

Leg sketch in two parts
Clare Elsaesser of Tastes Orangey has been a participant at Poppytalk Handmade for a few months now and her life by the bay seemed so quaint we asked her if she'd mind sharing a few pics with us here on the blog. Clare and her sweetheart, Kai live in a small but cute, old fisherman's cottage over looking Bodega Bay, California (which is about an hour north of San Francisco). It's equipped with the perfect amount of inspiration, from backyard views of the bay to walks to the marina. Clare's paintings reflect her laid back lifestyle where she spends lots of time sleeping in a cozy bed and tending to her garden. Here's what she sent.

Her paintings are beautiful and the location of her home looks to be inspirational.

I love seeing sneak peeks at people's homes and neighbourhoods....especially when they live in Bodega Bay! That's where The Birds was filmed. sorry, I'm a Hitchcock nerd.
I love her painting of the bathing suited girl and the hugging a pillow. Really talented girl.
